Managing Feature Controls as an Admin

As an admin, you can configure the Feature Controls in Hyper to manage which features are available to your organisation. This allows you to enable or disable mileage, stipends, trips, and other future features that Hyper may offer.

Accessing Feature Controls

  1. Log in to your Hyper dashboard.
  2. Click Settings at the bottom left of your home page.
  3. From the Settings page, select Feature Controls from the left navigation menu.
The Feature Controls page will open, displaying toggle switches and configuration settings for each available feature.
Accessing Feature Controls as an Admin

Mileage

Mileage allows employees to submit out-of-pocket reimbursement claims for mileage. You can toggle Mileage on or off and set your organization's reimbursement rate per mile. Once toggled on, the option to submit mileage reimbursements will be visible on employee's dashboard.

Stipends

Stipends are taxable employee benefits that can be used for various purposes that you, as an admin, can create (e.g., wellness, lunch, home office, etc.). You can toggle Stipends on or off and create any stipend you wish to offer to your employees. Once toggled on, the option to submit stipend claims will be visible on employee's dashboard.

Trips

Trips allows employees to create and manage business travel, linking it to specific expenses. Admins can also create trips, assign them to employees, and enable Per Diems, which are automatically applied when the trip begins on its departure date. You can toggle both Trips and Per Diems on or off, once toggled on, the option to create trips will be visible on employee's dashboard. Note
