Adding Your Personal Bank Account

Adding your personal bank account to your Hyper account ensures that any approved reimbursements for your submitted expenses are deposited directly into your account.

How to Add Your Bank Account

  1. Go to Settings
    1. From your Hyper dashboard homepage, click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner.
  2. In Your Account section
    1. In your account settings, click Add Bank Account.
    2.  You can choose to add either a U.S. bank account or an international bank account.

Adding a U.S. Bank Account

  1. Click Add U.S. Bank Account.
  2. A secure pop-up window will appear requesting:
    1. Telephone number
    2. Bank name
    3. Bank login username and password

Hyper uses Plaid, an encrypted and secure service, to authenticate and link your account instantly.

Adding an International Bank Account
  1. Click Add Bank Account and then select Add International Bank Account.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter:
    1. Bank Country/Region
    2. Currency
  3. The available linking options (such as EFT, SWIFT, etc.) will appear. Select your preferred method.
  4. Enter your banking details:
    1. Financial institution number
    2. Transit number
    3. Account number
    4. Account name
    5. Nickname (optional)
    6. Email address (optional)
    7. Address (city, province, postal code)
  5. After saving your bank account details, two micro-deposits (ranging from $0.01 to $0.05) will be sent to your account within 24–48 hours. Once you receive them, return to your bank accounts section in Hyper and enter the micro-deposit amounts to confirm your account.

Once you add your bank account to your Hyper account, your reimbursements will be sent directly to your linked bank account.
